We look for candidates who
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform
- Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Practical experience with:
- Apex classes and triggers
- SOQL and DML operations
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration concepts
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certificate - mandatory
Development practices
- Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Ability to follow coding standards and actively participate in peer reviews
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback
- Openness to support QA testing and knowledge-sharing activities
DevOps & deployment
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or Bitbucket
- Basic understanding of Salesforce deployment tools:
- Change Sets
- ANT Migration Tool
- SFDX CLI
Nice to have
- Exposure to Salesforce bots or MIAW
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence or Google Docs
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
- Interest in learning DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins
- Willingness to mentor interns or further support QA testing efforts
