Currently, for our client, we are looking for candidates with knowledge of French for the position of IT Support Specialist.

Project information:

Location: Lublin / Katowice - hybrid work model
Working hours: Mon-Sat 7-22 (8-hour shifts)
Languages: English and French
Type of employment: long-term contract of employment

Responsibilities:

End User support
Issue handling and escalation
Provide IT service
Installation, configuration, and setup of IT systems

Requirements:

Experience in IT Support
Experience in use of MS Windows and Office365
Problem-solving skills
Analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Multitasking

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Microsoft: Server, Exchange, Azure, Office365
