Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact and SME for all matters related to Application Packaging
Lead and coordinate knowledge transfer activities for the clients' documenting procedures, best practices, and critical information
Design and deliver training sessions for the incoming delivery team
Act as the liaison between Transition-In and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover
Maintain and ensure quality standards across all deliverables and documentation
Support cost control and financial reporting throughout the transition
Provide team leadership, supporting onboarding and daily task coordination
Ensure alignment with both SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies depending on the project stream
Assist in identifying risks, resolving conflicts, and proposing improvements in packaging processes
Requirements:
Solid Application Management and Application Packaging experience
Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills
Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
Experience with cost controlling and related reporting
Demonstrated ability in knowledge capture and transfer
Fluency in German and English is mandatory (written and spoken)
Ability to work remotely and independently in a collaborative team environment
