Project scope:

• Lead the development of complex, high-volume payment systems, including wallet platforms, merchant management systems, and gateway layers
• Contribute hands-on to development (70-80% of the time), primarily in Go (and optionally Node.js), within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure
• Guide and mentor a team of engineers (20-30% of the time), ensuring high code quality, proper planning, and strong engineering standards
• Engage in architecture and design discussions, offering technical direction across the entire development lifecycle
• Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant with local hosting requirements, and capable of handling high transaction throughput
