We are currently seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Consultant (Order-to-Cash) with solid customizing expertise to support our SAP S/4HANA system and ongoing projects. The ideal candidate brings strong functional knowledge of the Sales and Distribution (SD) module, particularly in the O2C process, and is capable of working effectively in a German-speaking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and implement solutions in the SAP SD module, particularly for the O2C process
• Configure and maintain:

- Sales document types, item categories, schedule lines and copy control

- Availability checks and requirements transfer

- Partner determination and text determination procedures

- Pricing procedures, conditions, billing/invoice types

- Incompletion logs and status profiles

• Manage and resolve system errors and issues in the SD module
• Support and improve business processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams (CS, FI/CO, Logistics)
• Write and execute test cases, including documentation in German
• Analyze and document system defects and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with key users and business stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct UAT
• Support or lead workshops and user training sessions (in German)
• Work on continuous improvement initiatives and S/4HANA feature adoption, including FIORI app usage
