For our customer, leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation we are seeking a Senior Network Engineer - Data Center & WAN to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for sustaining and enhancing our wide area network and data center connectivity. This role calls for a solution-oriented mindset, solid hands-on experience with Cisco platforms, and a strong commitment to maintaining secure and resilient network operations.

Your tasks:

• Act as an escalation point for advanced network incidents (L3 support), tackling complex technical challenges beyond Tier 2.
• Assist with deploying network projects and support stabilization post-implementation.
• Carry out change management tasks, ensuring disruption-free transitions.
• Perform root cause analysis of network disruptions and implement lasting fixes.
• Continuously assess and optimize network performance and capacity.
• Coordinate updates and upgrades to networking software and hardware as part of lifecycle routines.
• Enhance internal documentation and share expertise within the team knowledge base.
• Engage in DevOps initiatives and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
