Responsibilities:

• Backlog management - defining, prioritizing, and clarifying requirements and taking care of the product roadmap
• Collaborating with stakeholders - gathering business requirements (creating epics, features and other artifacts), analyzing them and translating them into specific technical tasks
• Coordinating the development team's work - working closely with Salesforce developers, testers and architects, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the solutions delivered.
• Process optimization - analyzing and streamlining existing processes to make them more efficient
• Mentoring and team development - supporting less experienced TPOs, leading teams across different time zones and organizations
• Risk management and problem escalation - identifying risks, proposing solutions, and responding quickly to change
