Requirements:

• Master\\\'s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant background
• Proven experience (5+ years) in leading data engineers and science teams, ideally within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical sector
• Preferably experience with AI/ML, data analytics, and project management
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable Data & AI solutions with measurable outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Previous leadership experience in an international, cross-cultural environment
